Brilliant, the high sleeper bed in penswick blue is extremely high quality in every aspect, even the slats. Customer service went above and beyond to get it to me in time for xmas after another company let me down. They called me, emailed me with updates. You definitely get what you pay for, a beautiful bed a brilliant company to deal with.
