Fantastic customer care. Can always get a human at the end of the phone, usually Chris who has been super helpful. Have a very small room so was concerned the bunk beds with trundle wouldn't fit but he assured me it would after many chats and said if it didn't he would refund no problem. .
Delivery was super quick and they arranged someone to assemble the next working day. I love the bunk beds they feel sturdy and the mattresses look great. Have yet to use it but am very happy so far! K
