After shopping around for ages and not being happy with with flimsy-framed bunks elsewhere (including at high-end stores), I bought bunk beds from here for my girls. Absolutely solid, well-made, lovely looking beds. Absolutely delighted with them! I don’t usually write reviews but even two years on I can’t fault these! No creaks, nothing. I am writing this review as I recently moved house and through no fault of the company I split one side of the base of the bed when dismantling (was dropped). I called up to ask if there were any spare parts as I love the beds so much, I didn’t want to replace them. Oh my goodness- the after sales service is absolutely FIVE STARS! Not a problem, the gentleman was more concerned with making the bed safe for my children as the side was a supporting structure. Not a problem to help me, spare parts were made and sent out quickly at a very decent cost. Put it all together yesterday- absolutely perfect. Can’t thank this company enough. If you want beautiful but safe beds for your children from safe hands - this is the place to buy! I wish everywhere sold a product this good and the service before and after sale is just excellent! 100% recommended!!!
