I ordered a Classic Beech High Sleeper Bed with Full Length Desk and Chest back in August 2022. After I read the great reviews I was happy to spend over £1100 in order to get a quality product. When building the product we were quite unhappy as it seemed quite poorly made but my daughter loved it so we kept it. Late last year the 3 drawer chest that sits under the bed stopped staying shut and after a few weeks the ball bearings fell out of the runners. Customer service were helpful in sending replacements but the bottom drawer continued to open so yet another set of, better manufactured, runners were sent and the drawers continue to partially open. I have requested a refund for the cost of the drawers (£160) but have been flatly refused. In turns out Little Folks Furniture only guarentee their product for 12 months which seems very short given the price of the product. Very dissappointing to not look after a high spending customer and even offer a partial refund.

Placed an order for a bunk bed which was in stock on the 4th of September and after calling them was told that the order was going to take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Almost 3 weeks have now passed and no bunk bed nor communication from little folks about any delay. I am starting to doubt all of the 5 star reviews on here.

Bed is great but the courrier used is awful! No warning that they will deliver, then give you a few hours notice, then nobody turns up (after waiting 6 hours for nothing), then no updates and finally gets delivered 2 days later to my elderly neighbour while we are hundreds of miles away. Shame about this as I can’t faut the products.

10 days after ordering a bed there is no sign of it even being despatched let alone delivered. customer services just give false assurances about when it would be sent and then don't bother sending it or updating you. Can't provide despatch date. Seems to be a con.

Abysmally unresponsive to customers. dont bother. abysmally slow at responding to emails with product enquiry in. Despite reservations i decided to go ahead and place an order because i really liked the product. However same problem, had to re-email to get a quote, and then when agreed to place order,no one ever came back to me on it. Therefore placed order with another company and they lost the sale.

Dear Caro We are very sorry that we were unable to provide a solution for you this time, but as advised in our first communication together, we do not have a satisfactory delivery service for Ireland without the risk of transit damage – especially when it involves fully assembled furniture which was what you were originally looking for. We did try to find a way around this and for the various different enquires you made, but in the end we assumed you did not wish to proceed and now understand that you had found another supplier who could deliver to Ireland. In time as our business grows, we hope to be able to manage to find a way to deliver to Ireland, but currently we can only apologise that we were unable to find an appropriate solution for you. Very upset little girl who has to sleep on the floor tonight! DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR TWO MAN DELIVERY [AND THE ADDITIONAL TEAM REQUIRED TO BUILD THE BED THAT YOU ARE NOT TOLD ABOUT]. Like us you’ll end up having to build the bed yourself! Absolutely appalling end to end customer experience. Bought the bed online a few weeks ago, had to chase 3 times for delivery update. Messages from delivery company after 8/9pm trying to confirm a delivery slot the next day. Only when on the door step do they advise that they were only dropping the packages off on the door step and another company which we were not informed about have to build it and no timeframe for this. Meanwhile we’ve had to take down our daughters existing bed to make room for the new bed so she now has to sleep overnight on the floor because both parents are working and don’t have enough time to build the bed ourselves! Shocking service and very upsetting for parents and child.

The furniture was damaged on delivery. It was agreed that some paint would be delivered to try and fix rather than redeliver the whole lot. This has never been provided despite chasing. In the meantime, the furniture has worn very badly. I am disappointed in the quality.
