“Delivery was quick (received in about 2 days) and the plates I ordered were really well packaged. It was nice to see that all the packaging was brown cardboard so easy to recycle! I’d definitely order from LD again”

“Received my order very quickly especially given it was in the midst of the Christmas delivery period. The mugs are beautiful, arrived safely and in minimal, recyclable packing. “Product has not arrived even though I've been asked to review it and had 2 messages from DPD to say it will be delivered but on checking with them, they've never received it. Lovely lady from Lillian Daphe just called to say that it's been lost in transit and they'll send a replacement. Very happy now!!!”
