Hi Beatrice. I hope you are well. We would always try and look into this first. I have checked tracking and it was delivered yesterday lunch time. I can see that delivery had failed today with the courier which no reason was given for this. Hi Iain Apologies for the trouble with the delivery. Having checked the tracking it looks like delivery was attempted twice |(26th and 27th) and on both occasions the driver was unable to make a successful delivery. Unfortunately the driver has felt he was unable to leave the parcel anywhere safe and it has automatically gone on to be returned which all couriers do when a delivery fails a number of times.
