“After the courier failed to deliver my order, Lillian Daph sorted it out immediately. Very good personnal service. Order just arrived and beautiful. The shop is a treasure trove of individual classy goods, and they are so friendly and helpful.”

Hi Jill. I hope you are well. We would always look into the shipment if you were to have reached out to us first as we don't want to avoid these for obvious reasons. I can see your shipment still shows in transit since Tuesday which is definitely longer than it should have been. If it doesn't move any further today I will raise a case on this and get it looked into. All couriers are a little behind at the moment with the leak season for them so we do expect a little delay but it certainly shouldn't have taken this long. Best wishes Craig

“I have not yet received my parcel, I ordered it Sunday. Tried tracking it but it keeps saying my postcode is invalid, which of course it is not. Hope to get delivery very soon.”

Hi Rachel. I hope you are well. Looking into this we have dispatched your order on time and at the earliest we could which was Monday as we do not dispatch on a weekend. I have just tracked the order myself which it shows it has just arrived at the delivery depot today so would presume it should me out for delivery tomorrow which would still mean the delivery is on time our end. The couriers are at a very busy time at the moment but still managing to deliver on time. The postcode which was used for the shipping address is below which has just worked for tracking just now.
