Hi Jenny. You are able to use the lamp as it does just need the adapter clicking over the top of the eu moulded plug. If you are able to check if an adapter was included within the outer box. If not I can have one sent tomorrow for you. Apologies that we didn't put it on for you but we feel it's best not to risk damaging the packaging the lamp comes in with it being so fragile. I will email you personally too just to make you aware of this. Best wishes Craig

“I would have given 5 but I still haven't received my goods which is a DHL issue rather than Lillian Daph's. My parcel should have been delivered to a service point on 31st but it was apparently delayed and I've had no update.”

“Lovely experience ordering from Lillian Daph for the first time! Was majorly influenced to purchase the viral wine coaster, after seeing it on TikTok, and I’m so in love! The perfect gift for a new homeowner (or just for yourself!). Amazing online service too, with super quick delivery. Can’t wait to see what else comes into store! Thank you 🥰”

“The best interiors store I've ever been to. Every time my family comes to visit us they ask to go. Staff are fantastic and always so helpful and Christina's eye for interiors is second to none. Been shopping here since the store opened and each purchase has made me so happy. 10/10”
