“Delivery took ages, never kept informed by shop always had to chase. Item listed as simple to construct couple of bolts etc, looks like an IKEA nightmare to put together. Will not be shopping Lillian Daph again. Back to IKEA or Barker and Stonehouse.”

Good morning We are sorry that there was a lack of communication around the delivery time of your handmade product. These products are made locally (within 7 miles of the store) and are made to order. Unfortunately at times of demand, lead times can be a little longer than estimated. Apologies, this should have been communicated more clearly to you immediately after ordering. They really are very simple to construct, however if you require any help we are an email or phone call away, or you are welcome to pop in store and would be more than happy to talk things over. Many thanks for shopping local and for understanding that handmade products can sometimes take up to 4 weeks to be produced.

Hi Jushana, Thank you for the feedback regarding your water bottle. We would have certainly tried to rectify this for you I you had contacted us by email or phone. The whistling sound when a bottle is being drunk from Is caused by something being stuck in the safety air valve or if it's not quite open fully. In most cases possibly fluid is sat in it. If you could try checking this and making sure it's fully dry. Also it's worth checking that the straw is inserted correctly and the rubber seal is sat around the straw properly. If you would like to let us know via email if this problem persists after checking the above we can look into this further for you. Apologies again this has happened.
