“Nordic Sea Stoneware Teapot. Disappointing, not as advertised. The product description and the online photo suggest blue but the teapot delivered is grey with the faintest hint of blue.”

Hi Toby, I hope you are well. Thanks for your review with us. I am so sorry that you have received a damaged candle from us which I can organise a replacement or partial refund for you. With the boxes being sealed shut we tend not to check the candle itself so it may well have happened in transit to us. I will also follow up with an email directly to yourself.
