Hi Claire, Thank you for your feedback regarding your order. I am sorry to hear that you did not receive any notification your order was on its way, this is all automated through our system which you should have been notified at least twice, once to confirm receipt and another to acknowledge that we have fulfilled your order and it is on its way. Also another from DPD via email or text with a time slot for delivery on the morning of. I can only apologise if you have received none of the above which I will certainly look into as they are all automated. I can only apologise again if you have had more than two emails asking to review, one for a company review and another for the product.
