“Although there was some unfortunate delays with the delivery , now I have it , I am really happy with my beautiful new green lamp . It is exactly what I expected.I must say that customer service is excellent at Lillian Daph and Craig sorted everything out . Thank you Craig and thank you Lillian Daph :)”

Hi, I hope you are well. Firstly I can only apologise about the delay in your delivery, this is not what we like to see at all. I have just liased with DHL myself and can see that your parcel should be with the requested service point today. Unfortunately they cannot tell me why it wasn't delivered yesterday as it should have been but some kind of delay happened within DHL. We have requested an update in the next hour to make sure this is on track for you. Huge apologies again about this. Best Wishes, Craig

“Love this shop and all they do. Purchased some faux greenery and a lovely tray for decoration. Oder arrived by post so quickly.... I don't know how they do it. Very happy with the purchase and I used my reward points in part payment. What's not to love ❤️”
