“First purchase from this company and their delivery provider DHL has just pulled the "we tried to deliver to you today" nonsense - they didn't, I have an intercom which let's me know when someone tries my door. I hope this isn't a bad sign re receiving my product.”

Hi Gerry, Thank you for taking the time to reach out. I am so sorry that this has happened, obviously this is a little out of our hands but I will reach out to DHL now who will hopefully get in touch with the driver. I can see from the tracking image that they have taken a picture of your main entrance door. They are saying that a calling card has been left which will either explain that they will try again tomorrow or it may have been taken to a collection point. Apologies again, Team LD

Hi Cindy. I'm sorry to hear that your teapot hasn't arrived yet. These invitation emails are automatically sent when we fulfill an order and with the majority of our orders being in the uk people would have received the order before receiving this email asking you to review. I can see your order was placed as a pre order and with your delivery address being in the United States unfortunately delivery does take a few days rather than next day which we ship here in the UK.
