“Very poor info re shipping you say spend £85 for free shipping then when I add extra shipping doesn't change. Chat bot doesn't work either. You are lucky to have my custom if it hadn't been a specially requested gift I would have given up.”

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I can only apologise that your chat wasn't responded to instantly during this peak time. We aim to respond to all chat message instantly but at busy time we are just unable too, the messages are save which we will always pickup and respond to which I have just done. In regards to the shipping amount, I can see you have placed an order for £81 which wouldn't have fell into the free shipping of £85. Having the shipping on top of the £81 doesn't mean that then your order then qualifies for free shipping as it needs to be the sub total before shipping is on. “Gorgeous shop. Loads of amazing high quality stuff and very friendly staff. Visited in person while seeing family in the area and then decided to order a bunch of incense sticks on Black Friday. Delivery was super quick and efficient. My only feedback would be to use different packaging to the polystyrene nuggets that came in the box.”
