“Brilliant!! I bought the Nordic Sea mug in blue lovely colour, very good quality, and several Liewood storage boxes, good quality, and well made, the medium boxes needed a little brute strength to assemble. A very friendly and honest business, I will certainly shopping here again”

“First purchase from this company and their delivery provider DHL has just pulled the "we tried to deliver to you today" nonsense - they didn't, I have an intercom which let's me know when someone tries my door. I hope this isn't a bad sign re receiving my product.”

Hi Gerry, Thank you for taking the time to reach out. I am so sorry that this has happened, obviously this is a little out of our hands but I will reach out to DHL now who will hopefully get in touch with the driver. I can see from the tracking image that they have taken a picture of your main entrance door. They are saying that a calling card has been left which will either explain that they will try again tomorrow or it may have been taken to a collection point. Apologies again, Team LD
