“I don’t have my tea pot yet, still waiting for it to arrive….”

Hi Cindy. I'm sorry to hear that your teapot hasn't arrived yet. These invitation emails are automatically sent when we fulfill an order and with the majority of our orders being in the uk people would have received the order before receiving this email asking you to review. I can see your order was placed as a pre order and with your delivery address being in the United States unfortunately delivery does take a few days rather than next day which we ship here in the UK. Hopefully you will receive your order soon as it was dispatched late this week. Best wishes Team LD

Hi, Thank you for taking to time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear that you found our site difficult to place an order. Was it anything in particular that was causing an issue at checkout so we can look to see if it is something we can improve on? Thanks again. Team LD

“I absolutely love all things Lillian Daph. The store and products are so different from other home brands and I always find something beautiful and unique for my home. I am obsessed with the quality of the products and you can really tell that the team take such pride in curating the best possible selection for their customers. Everyone is super friendly and the something about it being a family run local business just makes you feel at home when you’re shopping. I love this store and it’s been such a fab addition to the local area! My absolute go to for anything home related”
