“Absolutely brilliant customer service. We ordered a coffee table which was exactly what we were looking for, it is gorgeous, it also arrived quicker than expected. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit, so I emailed Lillian Daph and Craig replied the same day apologising and has ordered a replacement for us. These things happen, it wasn’t their fault but they sorted it straight away. Will 100% be ordering again!”

Hi Toby, I hope you are well. Thanks for your review with us. I am so sorry that you have received a damaged candle from us which I can organise a replacement or partial refund for you. With the boxes being sealed shut we tend not to check the candle itself so it may well have happened in transit to us. I will also follow up with an email directly to yourself.
