“I was unsure about which colour of Vivaraise throw would match. I sent a message via Live Chat which was promptly answered along with photo. I ordered 3 of the throws which I received in N.Ireland 2 days later. I love the throws which are a perfect match. Excellent customer service & beautiful throws. I will definitely be ordering again. Would definitely recommend. 5 star service. A very happy customer”

“This store has the best products for a beautiful home. The staff are just gorgeous and make it a pleasure to visit too. I've bought pieces that I will keep forever(this is what I tell the OH at least) The cafe also deserves a mention as it is just delicious ❤️”

Hi Jenny. You are able to use the lamp as it does just need the adapter clicking over the top of the eu moulded plug. If you are able to check if an adapter was included within the outer box. If not I can have one sent tomorrow for you. Apologies that we didn't put it on for you but we feel it's best not to risk damaging the packaging the lamp comes in with it being so fragile. I will email you personally too just to make you aware of this. Best wishes Craig

“I would have given 5 but I still haven't received my goods which is a DHL issue rather than Lillian Daph's. My parcel should have been delivered to a service point on 31st but it was apparently delayed and I've had no update.”
