Hi Beatrice. I hope you are well. We would always try and look into this first. I have checked tracking and it was delivered yesterday lunch time. The picture shows it being left next to a white/grey Victorian post box. Would this sound familiar. I can forward the picture on for you if needed. Best wishes Craig

Hi Kate, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Could we just check if you had an issue with your order. I can see that delivery had failed today with the courier which no reason was given for this. I know at this time of the year it is understandable to busiest for them but I have raised a case on this for you to make sure it is delivered on the next working day. Best Wishes, Craig

Hi Iain Apologies for the trouble with the delivery. Having checked the tracking it looks like delivery was attempted twice |(26th and 27th) and on both occasions the driver was unable to make a successful delivery. Unfortunately the driver has felt he was unable to leave the parcel anywhere safe and it has automatically gone on to be returned which all couriers do when a delivery fails a number of times. “I've ordered online from Lillian Daph many times now. I love Scandi-inspired ceramics/homeware and I always find treats here. My most recent purchase was the Palemo Table lamp, which I have had to buy my mother for Christmas because she took a shine to the one I bought for myself! I love every item I've bought, and everything comes quickly and perfectly packaged for delivery. A real find!”
