“Quick and easy order and delivery, unfortunately one of the cups were broken on arrival. I contacted them and got a replacement with a sincere apology straight away! Thank you very much I love them xx”

“I usually shop in store because of the excellent customer service (and the gorgeous atmosphere) but found shopping online due to covid so easy too! My parcel arrived super fast and packaged beautifully, straight under the tree for Christmas morning!”

“Although I live in Wales, I am from Saltburn and love to support the little businesses there.
