“Delivery very good. Staff very helpful especially the chap who used to be a tiler. He gave really good advice on Mapei tiling products. I did ask a question via email on whether I could get more economical rates on postage as the jobs I am planning require multiple separate purchases. I didn’t get a response which was disappointing ( see email). I would definitely use this company again.”

Hi Graham, Your delivery was placed on 24th October with a 3-5 wkg day delivery which at the absolute latest gives us until 31st October. “placed order on a standard delivery 3-5 days on the 3 day received a call from delivery driver asking to confirm our post code as he was in London with our order and we stay in Scotland phoned yourselves to find out why was told that you would look into this and phone me back still waiting for the call”
