“Brilliant service. Emailed for advice 're which grout to choose and received a really quick reply. Ordered the product late on Sunday evening it was dispatched on Monday here by 11:15 on Tuesday and I didn't choose next day delivery. Will certainly use and recommend your company in the future.”

“Required Brass Tile edging found it easily as described. Tried to buy but could not get to check out. When I did, I was being charged for 6 and couldn't edit order. Gave up even with conversation with salesman. Could not get back to brass edging via Tilley Web site but did succeed via Safari. Was able to buy 4th time round with excellent help from staff and rapid delivery. Thought the Web site very clunky.”

“Order despatched promptly however 5kg pack of grout arrived with bottom of bag split (see photos). A right pain to clear up and transfer grout to plastic container.”

“Website easy to navigate and had detailed product info. Tile edging ordered has a clean aluminium finish which is susceptible to transport damage but arrived unblemished, long lengths totally straight and not kinked! Spot on, pleased with my purchase and with Lilley Tile.”

“best prices on the products I wanted even including the delivery charge. Delivery was very prompt. It stated within 3-5 days which I assumed meant business days but included the Saturday I ordered on apparently so arrived very promply. Only criticism would be that the 5L metal can was damaged, but this may have happened in transit so might be worth adding additional packing material, but the container hasnt split so no issues. cheers.”

“I was impressed by the large selection of products at very good prices compared with most other online stores. The cost of delivery seemed a bit high (although comparable with other stores for such bulky items) however despite having paid for just standard 3-5 day delivery it was actually sent Next Day AM, which was a pleasant surprise! 10 out of 10 for customer satisfaction and I will certainly use them again for my next tiling project.”
