“Initially disappointed because I'd been asked to review the product without receiving it. On contacting the supplier I learned it was down to Royal Mail delivery problems and nothing to do with the company who had despatched it within a day or so of my order. John contacted me several times, apologetic (even though it wasn't his fault) and I received the order the next day. Very good quality product too. Royal Mail managers if you are reading this, take note, otherwise Hermes or DPS will!”
