“A repeat purchase from this company for pendant lights based on previous positive experience. Again very competitive pricing structure compared to three potential sources. Easy order placement, very fast delivery, well packed item and good communications advising status. Will use again as required and would recommend to others to try.”

“Really pleased”

“While the quality and price of the items sent was good, one of the items ordered ( a 500mm link cable) was apparently not in stock so they sent a substitute ( a 1000mm link cable) which is not really satisfactory, you can't just lose 500mm of surplus cable so you have to cut it and get a junction box to get round the problem.”

“I spoke to a very helpful person on the phone who gave me knowledgeable advice about what I needed to buy. I am therefore quite disappointed that even after chasing up my order (I did not receive any information about delivery) I have still not received it, 10 days after placing the order.”

“Came quickly and packaged well. Actual device seemed to differ slightly to what I expected, but was completely compatible and, if anything, was easier to install.”

“Delivery was on time and without any drama. Lights very bright and leads are a good length, but the leads are much thinner than on the LEDs I am replacing. The end plugs are relatively large so require quite a large hole to feed them through into the cupboards. Also leads require an additional adapter to plug into the transformer. Why not fit the correct size to begin with?”
