“One star is too much - Terrible experience. If your order is critical do not use. Expected product in 4 days as stated on their site. Phoned after a week and they told me it is due for delivery next day. Phoned again after 9 days and they told me that someone would look into it and call me back. No one ever did call me back. Phoned a third time and they told me that there was a problem and have refunded the money. Not even the decency to call me. Most of the time they do not answer the phone. Never reply to emails. Keep Clear.”

“LED driver did not work on receipt. Contact details on enclosed leaflet were for manufacturer/agent use email address on invoice. LS responded with request for picture by return. Went quiet for 3 days then replacement part arrived. Nice surprise and thanked them for part which worked normally.”

“I paid for next day delivery and they didn’t arrive next day, meaning I lost the job and now have lights I do not need or want, but would to pay postage to get a refund”

“The under cupboard lights look superb. After a problem with an LED driver a replacement was sent straight away. When this didn’t arrive John from Light Supplier tracked it down through Royal Mail over Easter. Excellent service and a great product putting the finishing touch to a new kitchen.”

“My order never arrived. Whenever contaced them, they said they will contact royal mail and find out, but never get back to me. Very frustrated. Will ask for refund or claim my money back and report to PayPal.”

“Absolutely terrible, item never arrived, poor communication. Waited 13 days for item (1st was supposedly damaged and a new one was sent) didn’t receive and when chased I was told that there was a problem and I was being given a refund. This company is a waste of time.”
