“Elstead PIR coach lantern. Defective. Arrived promptly. Installed it: didn't work. As I had reason to be concerned about my wiring I called an electrician, who confirmed that my wiring is fine and the lamp is rubbish and does not work. Lighting direct's administration is fine and I assume I will promptly get a refund, but on the evidence of this they deal in very inferior products. And I'm massively out of pocket for an unnecessary fee for an electrician.”

“Our light had been delayed by several months but I was constantly updated about delivery. So that was helpful. I understand that in the current climate it’s hard to get delivery on time. The lights have arrived though and we are happy with them.”
