“Excellent service from ordering to delivery of products. I was kept informed throughout and the items were delivered within two days. A phone call made to Customer Service with a bulb query was then transferred to the Sales Department where all was sorted. The staff were polite, friendly and efficient in dealing with the matter. It is the first time using Lighting Direct and I was very impressed with the whole process and the items received.”
