“Hi Thanks for your email. I did leave a review for the Lucecco floodlight but it was not directly on your website. I first posted a review having bought one light from Amazon. That was a few months ago. I then had a review request from an independent review site to which I responded. I then received your email. Thanks”

“Had delivery of fittings after talking to Donna ? in sales. Had to phone to see if they were in because out of stock when ordered. Very nice person to talk to and very efficient. Returned My call in 10 mins. as stated with delivery details. Fittings arrived on time, well packaged, checked all as required and no breakages. The quality of the fittings, not having seen them only a photo, are superb. Being an Electrician all My life these are excellent fittings for the money that I have come across. They are for My Drum Studio which will be completed in a few weeks. I am very pleased with everything about Lighting Direct, a very very good Company to deal with. Thank You very much......Dave Rippon, Swansea.”

“The lamp post seems very sturdy, it arrived in a short space of time and was very well packaged. I like the fact that the height can be adjusted, this was one of the reasons I bought it. I haven't seen it lit yet as we have not got it installed in situ yet.”

“I paid for 1 - 2 day delivery and when the light didn’t arrive tried to get a refund. Customer services said they would refund then no money showed up / they didn’t reply to emails & calls go straight to voicemail. I’m still trying to resolve this!”

As advised on the product page for the items you chose these were not in stock at the time of your order thus could not be sent out on a one to two day delivery service. “Service and delivery fantastic. The light looks super. However, unfortunately it will be a few months before it is installed as there has been a delay in the installation of our new kitchen sadly. Will review again once light finally installed but does look lovely.”
