“The light fitting came impeccably packaged however the bulb was sent in a Jiffy bag which failed to adequately protect it and as a result it arrived smashed.”

“Appalling amount of packaging. One lightbulb in a box which would easily have held 70 of the same bulbs, bulked out with plastic inflatable pockets. What a disgraceful waste.”
