“The lights I ordered did not turn up on the day stated. When I phoned in, the girl told me that they would arrive the next day and couldn't understand why they hadn't been sent out as they were in stock. The next day arrived and lights didn't arrive again. I phoned in again. The girls at the end of the phone were not interested and completely disengaged. Poor service.”

“Asked for technical advice which arose from installing their down lighter bulbs. 16 days later I've heard nothing in reply. Do they think that is "customer service". Their website claims a reply could be expected within 2 days.......”

“Lights arrived as planned and even though one small part was damaged Lighting Direct's excellent Customer Service provided a complete light fitting to replace the damaged part. They pointed out that this would be quicker than working out which bit needed replacing and arranging for it to be delivered separately. Furthermore Lighting Direct will collect the rest of the light fitting for free.”
