“Delivery first class didn't here door first time. rung them up they were back within five minutes .lights working realy well even though court yard doesn't get much sun at this time of year .yes realy pleased .ordered lights by reading good reviews in first place .”

“Very pleased with the lights, they add a nice soft lighting effect to the room. Prompt service and very well packaged so no breakages. I saved quite a bit of money buying four lights and will use Lighting Direct again. My husband fitted the lights and he said they were a bit fiddly but it didn't take him too long.”

“originaly the item didn`t arrive when it should however there customer service department could not do enough to help me and after tracing the item it was guaranteed to be delivered before 10am the next day and there it was at 7am a genuine mistake made good by excellent customer service and I wont hesitate to buy from again....”

“Still not received item although says should of had it 4 days ago. On website it says in stock and ready for next day delivery but still not received email to say mine has been dispatched. Emailed to find out where my order is but says could take 2 days for a reply. Phone number provided is 0845 number so would cost as much as the item to call.”
