“First time I used this supplier I was well impressed as products were as promised and arrived within exceptional time and well packaged and good quality so used them again...however a little disappointed that there was a slight delay 2nd time around but the company kept me informed constantly and when they did arrive I was very pleased with the products so I would recommend this company and will use again.”

“Very quick delivery. Well packaged, but when box opened and I took inner box out, noise came from big box. Thought it was an anima rummaging aboutl, but in fact was just package settling! Had good laugh about it after freak out!”

Thank you for your comments on our service - much appreciated. I am sorry that you seem to have reservations regarding your purchase. This is a very neat and compact fitting that customers tend to buy in multiples so perhaps a larger solar fitting would have suited you better. Also we always recommend that all solar lights are left to charge for at least three days before using to gain optimum performance. As with all purchases from Lighting Direct, returns can be made under our 14 Day "Change Your Mind" Guarantee once they and the packaging is as-new. Kind Regards, Patricia Mullane Customer Care Team Leader
