“I had an email to say items not in stock once order was placed. In fairness to them I was kept informed of progress every step of the way and after a week wait items arrived according to the email s received. No problems with packaging and items arrived as specified. I'm pleased with the product.”

“Excellent service would highly recommend. Outdoor light arrived on time, discovered glass defuser was cracked. Contacted Lighting direct and they forwarded a replacement with no quibble, it arrived within 3 days, and with extra packing in the box, light in perfect condition.”

“Product failed after 5 minutes clearly a wiring problem. I tried to repair this myself which is why it is not being returned. A shoddy and badly made product.”
