“Terrible - problem with courier but the Hermes website just automatically refers you back to Lighting Direct. I phoned their customer services and it?s just a message saying to email. I emailed and an Automated email reply says they will get back to you in 5 days - no good if you have paid extra for 1-2 day delivery. 4 days later still not even a delivery forecast and neither courier or lighting direct available to ask about it.”

“Very poor delivery ordered 2nd Dec arrived 9th December. Had to pay extra postage as it was delivered to IV25 by Hermes! Big box small package could have been sent in the post for half the cost and would have been here in 1or 2 days. Nearly didn't order when I heard Hermes! Happy with product but haven?t taken it out of its plastic casing yet. Looks good.”

“Don't use Hermes Couriers!!! My instruction was to leave with neighbour if out. The driver left my parcel outside and possibly threw/dropped it over the locked gate. I emailed lighting direct about this but no one bothered to reply. Not put them up yet but if they don't work they will be going back.”

“The promised delivery was 3 days late. The relatively small package was put in a large box 82 times it's volume, packed with plastic air filled balloons. Not very green.”

“Purchasing process was fairly smooth and easy. The delivery was the problem for me. Whistl purchasing the item, I was given a delivery date of the 4th of December which I was perfectly happy with as I needed to receive the item by the Friday of this week so receiving it on Wednesday was idea and also gave me a couple of extra days buffer. The email immediately received after also mentioned that delivery would be on the 4th of December therefore I felt fairly confident it would arrive for that date. Roll on the 4th and I have received no communication of delivery information at all. I did receive an email from the courier on the following day that they had received the parcel from Lighting-direct however the delivery was not made until the 8th of December which was too late for me to fit for this week. I felt it was very poor that the length of delivery was far later than what was initially given”
