“Delivery was unexpectedly very quick. Ordered Monday delivered Tuesday and had not paid for express delivery. The outdoor lamp is very smart very pleased with it, only concern is that the fixing screws are very small. One of the top housing screws would not fit the housing so phoned to ask for another screw to be sent as I did not want to return the whole light just for the sake of a dodgy screw. It was arranged that the relevant department would phone me in an hour as to what could be done about this. They did not phone back so I went through my tool box and found a screw which after filing I managed to adapt it to fit. Very disappointed with your customer service for not phoning back, hence what would have been a 5 star have given a 4 instead.”

“As a first time used I was very pleased with the ease of ordering and payment. The order arrived very quickly as I paid for such because I needed the bulbs for a new installation. I would definitely recommend.”

“Item as stated and on time but the box size and packing was ridiculous for such a small item. A cardboard tube would have been a 10th of the size with no need for plastic filling!”

“Found the exact light fitting for my under cupboard counter lights. Only 4 stars as the two light fittings both 300 x 8 x 4 mm came in a box that you could fit two toddlers in.”

“The light colour was advised as black, its not it is graphite; thus its a wrong colour to match the other similarly designed lights. We will be returning the product and seeking a refund.”

“No problem with the product, however the delivery company used I would rate as 2 star. They tried to deliver to the wrong road - despite the postcode and road name. In the end I collected from the depot - helpful. Another customer also collecting said the driver failed to ring the door bell and just put through a "Not In Card" and left. The external box was somewhat battered although the actual boxed product was intact. Overall nothing wrong with the product - but delivery was awful.”

“Pretty good I would say. I ordered from here because they had the best offer on a light fitting I wanted. Ordering process was easy without complications. Delivery was a day late but I am putting it down to the Christmas rush. Overall very good and yes i would use again if the price was right.”
