“Fast delivery. I paid extra for the LED versions of light bars. It seems these are the halogen ones supplied with halogen bulbs and they send a pack of LED G10 bulbs with them. The LED bulbs were non dimmable, not that bright and had a narrow beam (spotlight). I have since ordered some brighter, wider angle, dimmable bulbs from Amazon (as lighting direct didn't offer anything suitable). In hindsight I should have bought just the halogen bars from lighting direct and the LED bulbs elsewhere.”

“The parcel was not delivered on the day and time promised. The next day Hermes after reporting it was on their vehicle stated it would be delivered until some time in the future. It was delivered while we were away - without forewarning me. The parcel was badly damaged and wet because it was left at the front of the house in the rain while we were not there. Luckily nothing appears to be damaged”
