“Easy to buy and super speedy delivery”

“I had a contractor starting on Monday 14th October to replace my existing timber facias, soffits etc and on the Friday 11th I needed to specify soffit lighting. The website was easy to find on Google, the help and advice service offered (Jay Genever deserves particular credit for contacting the supplier of the product identified regarding my specific queries) and the delivery was spot on. I paid for the express delivery hoping that the products would arrive on Monday ready for my contractor to carry out his work undisrupted. The product arrived and was delivered to my safe place on time and I am really pleased to say that after some very heavy rain the products are working perfectly. Early days perhaps , but I cannot fault the service provided and I will be buying more products from you in the near future and would recommend you to friends and family.”

“I'm happy with the wall lamp and bulb I ordered, the price was fair and it came (mostly) when promised. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I ordered a wall lamp and bulb on the same day, but a few minutes apart on separate orders and they came in two separate deliveries. While this was not inconvenient for me, it still should have been picked up by a good system and sent out in one delivery. This would have been more efficient environmentally and financially.”
