“Fantastic, thrilled with my Polished Chrome 3 light ceiling pendant, great quality, beautiful crystal droppers, and very weighty crystal lamp holders which will bathe the lounge walls with a kaleidoscope of colours as the sun hits the lights.”

“The light that I purchased from Lighting Direct came the next day but had a manufacturing defect and was promptly replaced with all the necessary paperwork to send the first one back. Currys DPD drop off would not accept the returned lamp as it was too big for them, Homebase DPD drop off were happy to accept it. I am completely happy with both light and service from Direct Linghting.”

“Excellent service from Lighting Direct, but rubbish service from Hermes their deliverer. Hermes advised me by email that delivery would gtake place on a date and a time slot. Three minutes before the time slot was about to expire they again emailed to say delivery had been made and included a copy of a signature alleged to belong to the person receiving the goods. ABSOLUTE LIES AND DECEPTION. I immediately contacted Lighting Direct who investigated promptly and advised me that delivery would in fact take place the next day, which it did. So my advise is if you buy from Lighting Direct, ask for delivery by a contractor other than Hermes.”

“Both fittings arrived broken. They have refunded the money. I received a total of 8 of these Mathis fittings and of these 6 were broken, so clearly a fault with packing either from the original manufacturer or Lighting Direct's dispatch department. I suggested that they might examine the fittings before shipping but that was obviously ignored. They have no more in stock and say that they probably won't have any more. So I am now left with 2 fittings on the wall and 2 gaps where the others should be.”
