“I am very impressed following my first purchase from Lighting Direct. Items ordered online at 16:00hrs, and delivered next day by 10:25. Courier had an excellent app for tracing your delivery, all in real time. I don't see how this performance could be improved.”

“My first order with Lighting Direct was for two items. One of the items was delayed because of the manufacturer and Lighting Direct kept me informed of the situation asking if I still wanted to proceed with the order I thought this was great customer service and when I asked if the main item of the order could be dispatched while I waited this was arranged and the main item arrived a couple of days later, excellent, I was impressed with the way Lighting Direct dealt with me I have since ordered more items which arrived early than the 5 days stated, well done again.”
