As promised we have drawn your comments regarding the threads to our suppliers. These lights are generally purchased to be used in number and perhaps testing just two does not give an accurate representation of the overall effect of them in multiples. “Ordered from this company our Solar Led Lights, because they were the cheapest I had found on the www, brilliant service, received emails and was able to track, even had a contact number for me to phone them. am very satisfied with them and no doubt will be using them again in the future.”

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your purchase. I am sorry you appear to have been disappointed with the lantern. We want our customers to be 100% happy and therefore should an item not meet expectations for whatever reason it can be returned under our 14 day "Change Your Mind Guarantee", once it has not been fitted and the manufacturers packaging is undamaged. Our stock of this particular item has been thoroughly checked and the standard of the finish found to be high and therefore it seems that unfortunately the one you received was an exception. I have of course reported your feedback to our buyers in order they can in turn relay it to our supplier. If you wish to send in photographs we would be more than happy to receive them.
