“I placed two orders several weeks apart. There was no communication from the company until I instigated a complaint due to non arrival. On both occasions they were out of stock so, next day delivery was never going to happen. Yes they apologised but the same mistake twice.......”

I am sorry you experienced delay in receiving your orders. Periodically difficulties can be encounted getting very popular items into stock although we do our best to ensure this is not a regular occurance. Currently we are taking steps to make sure this happens on an even rarer basis and look forward to having even more stock immediately available to our customers.
