“Light was really good value for money and of high quality and looks lovely. Instructions were unhelpful and none of the diagrams matched the lighting situation. The problem was more with the delivery. The bulbs and light came as separate deliveries, which was confusing as I kept getting messages one saying it was being delivered and the next saying it was delayed. The actual light fitting was delayed, and I wasn't able to get it delivered to the same place as the light bulbs. Not sure why. Very pleased with purchase, though.”

“A pleasure to deal with. I have ordered from them many times and all items are great and as described - plus at a fair price with speedy delivery. I recently had to change an order and the gentleman was lovely and most helpful giving perfect advice on what would be best for my needs - Customer Serivice at its finest!”

“Living in the Isle of Man, some companies charge ridiculous carriage costs and allow weeks for delivery. Lighting-Direct charged £2-99 and the product arrived in 3 days. Excellent service.”

“Very fast service and excellent website, easy to find what I needed. Good price and I'm thrilled with the bulbs for my kitchen downlighters. Have used this site for a good few years for all my bulbs and my son bought me a gorgeous set of lights for my living room which I'm also thrilled with. Also you can't go wrong with DPD delivery.”

“I definitely would use them again because I was missing a part and they , after I telephone them, rung back. I told them what was missing and they pull a similar model from stock and found the part which was posted to me at no extra cost. I can now say that the light is now working and looks great in our living room. I was very happy with the way the staff acted very promptly regarding my problem and I consider the company deserves an A++ rating in my book. Many thanks for your help.”
