I am sorry you appear to be disappointed with us. Having investigated, it would appear you placed your order at 22:49 on 28th May. Our cut-off point, which is shown on each product page via a count-down clock, is 20:00. Your order was therefore not processed until 29th, dispatched on our "next day" service, and reached you on 30th May. Any perceived delay was therefore due to you unfortunately not taking note of the information provided on the product page. “nice pictures on the website they said it went it was going to be delivered the sent messages when it was going to arrive and it turned up just on time the box they sent it in was rather large compared to what was in it though !”
