“This was a birthday gift for my daughter on 17th May. I was originally told that delivery would be 15th May, which was okay. I then received a communication to say that the item was now going to be delivered on 21st. She lives in Oxfordshire, so she didn't get it in time for her Birthday. So now I have to make another trip to get it to her. Really annoying and dissapointing.”
