“Three delays to the order since placing it on May 1st, the last promised day of delivery came and went with no email stating there would be a further delay. As it was likely that the order would arrive the following week when nobody would be at the delivery address I phoned Lighting Direct, discovered the order was due the following week and I arranged for it to be delivered on June 11th, when I would be back in the UK. Despite their agreement to do this I received a text while in Greece on 29th May saying the order had been delivered and signed for by me.! That was impossible and when I got home I discovered it placed in a recycle bin down the side of my house. Therefore my assessment of their service, communications and ability to fulfil their promise to deliver post June 11th is worse than bad.”
