“Lighting Direct were fine, delivery was not. Ordered 23rd November, received 4th December in a very battered outer box, inner box was fine fortunately. Instructions on light was abysmal eg: wiring directions were not included, the wording remove single screws was confusing. Receiving this email and another promoting Christmas lights before I had received our light, we were not enamoured.”
