“Supplied what I ordered. However packaging was inadequate and one bulb in box of five smashed in transit. Replacement single bulb sent with substantial wrapping larger than that for the five.”

“Beautiful DAR ceiling light fitting, competively priced. We?ve not installed it yet but it should work perfectly as arrived packaged really well in its box completely wrapped in bubble wrap & marked fragile. Delivered what appeared to be immediately free postage (with email & text updates regarding delivery time). What more could you ask for? I?ll definitely look at buying from lighting direct again.”

“Placed my order 11 days ago and still not had a dispatch email to say when it will be delivered, I am pleased to say that I have now contacted lighting direct and the problem with my order may have been solved, it would seem it is the falt of the courier as it was dispatched but then lost, lighting direct are sending another one out to me,”
