“Arrived promptly”

“Ordered montano light which arrived damaged. Reported to customer care who immediately replaced with a delivery the following day. Second delivery was also damaged which again was reported. I could not risk another faulty delivery and since the damage was not as bad as the first, I agreed to keep this one and accepted a partial refund as compensation.”

“Require to replace old kitchen cabinet light which is no longer available phoned Lighting Direct support team & they check on what new units were compatible, 100% spot on new unit fitted & working a treat, great service & pricing.”
