“Very prompt service, excellent product at a very competitive price. Thankfully this company does ship to Northern Ireland and charges a very reasonable amount for shipping a fairly large package, unlike some other GB companies. I would certainly buy from Lighting-Direct again.”

I am sorry you are so disappointed with us. The delivery of your consignment was delayed due to the heavy snowfall that fell all over the UK during the last few weeks. Extreme adverse weather which had not been experienced for many many years in the UK. Your area was one of the worst affected and unfortunately delays were unavoidable. Your frustration at the situation was clear when you got in touch with us however there was nothing either we or our carrier partners, DPD, could do until conditions improved. We did our best to try to explain this at the time. We are very sorry your order arrived one day late however as with many businesses the weather greatly impacted on day to day operations. “The products were good - when they arrived! Only one component arrived on the day nominated, and the text notifications conflicted (and confused). When I called Lighting Direct, their agent was very helpful and advised that she would chase the delivery company. She duly called back to notify me that DPD had lost the balance (bulk) of the order so she would send a new one, which arrived the next day. Good service fro Lighting Direct - not so good from DPD.”
