“Ordered 2 new outside lights from Lighting Direct. Lights look to be well made and of good quality. Fitted one and it looks good and also comes with a 5 year guarantee. The other was faulty on arrival (a mechanical rather than electrical issue). They arranged collection and replacement without any issue. Hopefully the replacement will be OK.”

“I purchase led strip lights to better illuminate my garage. A few arrived damaged by the courier, I contacted their customer support team, sent photos and replacements were sent out the next day with no drama. I was really impressed as it was the couriers fault who dropped the box, but they made me good and sent out replacements straight away. Knowing they provide such good customer service, I will be using them again in the future.”

“After ordering on line and paying the extra to have ordered delivered in two days, the order did not arrive on the day it was supposed to, after numerous phone calls to try and get through to the number provided I was told both the items had gone missing at Hermes and that they would send out a new order only to find out that the items I wanted were now both out of stock, not impressed with this first attempt to use your company although I was very impressed by Trish the lady who tried to help me out she was very pleasant, I an still waiting on my money to be refunded?”
