“The lights we bought were lovely.They were delivered in the timescale promised, and had been extremely well packaged. Despite this, one of the shades was found to be damaged. It looked as if one of the joints had been badly soldered and had come loose. We sent photos of the damage and got a replacement shade straight away.”

“Sadly my item arrived damaged, however after sending 3 photos to the customer care team, with no argument at all they sent a replacement free of charge on an express delivery service, which I received the next day. Unfortunate my item arrived damaged in the first place however still 5/5 for the ease and speed of getting a replacement.”
