I am sorry you seem disappointed with us. Having investigated I note FedEx attempted to deliver twice on 10th Nov at 13:35 and 16:36 respectively and left cards with the depot contact details as there was no one in, and no instructions to leave elsewhere. When they did not receive any contact from you the goods were sent back to us here at Lighting-Direct on the 17th Nov as is the process. The number you called is a landline and can be busy at times however there is a facility to leave a voice mail with messages being checked on a regular basis. Customers can also get in touch via web message and email if that is more convenient. I understand you have been in touch today and pleased to note your order has been re-dispatched. I hope you are delighted with your purchases. We look forward to you shopping with us again very soon. Kind Regards,

“I ordered the shaver light 3 pm Wednesday ; it was delivered 9 am the next day. Sadly when I unpacked it on Friday it had an impact hole on the end front face which must have happened before the unit was boxed by the manufacturer as there was no sign of damage on the box or the polythene sleeve covering the unit. A 'phone to Lighting Direct brought the immediate promise of a replacement unit the following Monday morning...it did. Now that's what I consider excellent service. Many thanks, the shaver light is great.”

“You had in stock a replacement slimline link strip light by the correct manufacturer (Eterna) so I could use the original connections. Good value for cost. Included free delivery. Placed the order at 7.00pm and was delivered next morning. Beat that !!!!!.”

“Your delivery service. I said leave it by water butts to right of door. Apparently FedEx weren't informed of this, and anyway won't do it without a signed disclaimer from the recipient. Their website didn't work properly, so I had some hassle getting it redelivered.”

“Purchased Tamara outdoor solar powered light. I had a similar light for many years and required a replacement. Asked Lighting Direct a question and they responded within 24 hours. Light arrived next day. Excellant quality. Particularly like this light, I have located it in a position where it gets no sun during the Winter months, The Tamara solar light allows me to recharge the batteries during the Winter to give the light a boost until the increase in solar gain when Spring arrives.”

“The items were of reasonable value but were delivered piecemeal with incorrect or in some cases no explanation as to what had gone on. Had to cancel electrician as the goods were not delivered when promised and were clearly not in stock despite the system saying they were.”

“I'm a 2nd time buyer now and the experience has been pleasant on both occasions. Ordering via the website is easy and delivery is super fast.
