“Ordered and received a lovely light, in super speedy time. I had an issue with a bulb and the customer service team were prompt with their reply and a replacement sent the next day. Not put the light up yet, but it’s lovely, quality. So far, experience is excellent, would buy again from Lighting Direct and happy to recommend.”

“All went well and as expected. It was a challenge to find this type of light for standard bulbs rather than LED. This product met our requirements exactly. The product is of very good quality and the delivery was on time. Overall no issues so did not need to contact the seller with any queries.”

“Had delivery of fittings after talking to Donna ? in sales. Had to phone to see if they were in because out of stock when ordered. Very nice person to talk to and very efficient. Returned My call in 10 mins. as stated with delivery details. Fittings arrived on time, well packaged, checked all as required and no breakages. The quality of the fittings, not having seen them only a photo, are superb. Being an Electrician all My life these are excellent fittings for the money that I have come across. They are for My Drum Studio which will be completed in a few weeks. I am very pleased with everything about Lighting Direct, a very very good Company to deal with. “The lamp post seems very sturdy, it arrived in a short space of time and was very well packaged. I like the fact that the height can be adjusted, this was one of the reasons I bought it. I haven't seen it lit yet as we have not got it installed in situ yet.”
