“The lights look great but it would be helpful if there was a sturdy hook on the end - we have had to use cable ties and duct tape to try and fix them in place.”

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we have no record of any communication from you. All queries are addressed chronologically and comprehensively by the Customer Care team as rapidly as possible. The Alessandra Rise and Fall pendant relies upon the weight of the shade to be able to go up and down. To test whether or not the light is working correctly, please attach the shade to the holder as without it, the tension mechanism which holds the lamp in place will just spring straight back. “Quite possibly the worst case of over packaging I have ever seen, I can understand why you do it but to put a small under cabinet strip light in what i'm guessing was a box of approx 600 x 500 x 500 and then fill it with bubble wrap is in my opinion a little over the top and a bit pointless as the item was lying on flat on the bottom of the box so was susceptible to any impact from underneath, but that said it did arrive in one piece so thank you for that.”

“Prompt and efficient delivery. We had The kitchen lamps fitted the following day. Unfortunately one of the the lamps failed later that day. I called lighting direct who immediately dispatched a replacement lamp. The replacement arrived quickly we have not any further issues. Overall they were very good.”

“My order for multiple items was split even though all showed in stock at the time of placing the order. The first two items arrived very quickly. The remaining item arrived a week later. I wasn't told about the split until a note arrived when the missing item was dispatched. When it arrived this item did not work as I expected so I complained and was readily given a refund.”
